PMS.....

Assalamualaikummmm.....

I am stressed! Helppppppp! PMS is here again! All my problems, my overthinking habits, my doubts are all here to partayyy in my brain. Luckily being grown up... (hehe if 32 is an age of grown up), I learnt to know my ways around the period of PMS and got to the perfect solution.

YA ALLAH, THE ALMIGHTY AND THE GREAT, He created us with perfection and although we think we've got it all worked out, during PMS my body and brain seem to be rebellious. Hehehehe. I can get all cranky even with the slightest distress.

Okay, the perfect solution isss....it may sound cheesy or corny or goody 2 shoes, call ot what you want, is Dzikir.

Be it,
LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH or
ASTAGHFIRULLAH HAL AZIM or
SUBHANAALAH or
ALLAHU AKHBAR or any other dzikir.

I guarantee your heart will be at ease. Your body and mind will relax and you will be more peaceful. Take life 1 step at a time. Learn to love yourself and guide yourself towards goodness and Jannah all the time. InsyaAllah... ALLAH will guide us. MAY ALLAH GRANT US JANNAH IN THE HEREAFTER AND GUIDE US TO IT.
